KESTREL Terms
The free trial provides bounded access subject to configured quotas and safety controls. Results identify their verification status and may contain uncertainty. Provider-assisted reports are not verified evidence unless KESTREL later records an independently verified assessment.
Original uploads are discarded after processing. You authorize KESTREL to attempt to retain eligible de-identified derivatives for product learning after private workspace deletion. Retention is permitted only after reliable removal of identifying, confidential, and re-identification material; otherwise the candidate is destroyed. Independent verification remains required before canonical promotion.
The optional Research Plan is $100.00 USD monthly through PayPal. PayPal, not KESTREL, handles payment-card data. A provider approval page does not activate Research; KESTREL grants or removes Research only after server-side subscription verification. Ask Once remains unavailable and Enterprise remains contact-led.
